    AMD has officially unveiled the Radeon RX 6800XT and RX 6900XT

    AMD has officially announced the new ones Radeon RX 6800XT video cards e RX 6900XT. As stated by the same company, the GPU present in these new models is faster than the most powerful GPU offered by NVIDIA, the GeForce RTX 3080. For the occasion, AMD has published the first benchmarking dedicated to the performance of the first first-party titles, in which they are compared the performance of the RX 6800XT and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 using the 4K and 1440p resolutions.



    The AMD Radeon RX 6800XT features 72 computational units with frequency equal to 2015Mhz of Clock and 2250Mhz of Boost Clock, with 128MB of Infinity Cache. The card also presents 16 GB of VRAM in GDDR6 version and requires a power of 300W. The Radeon RX 6800XT will be priced at dollars 649 and will be available next 18st November.

    THEAMD Radeon RX 6800 instead, it has 60 computational units, with Clock frequency of 1815 Mhz, Boost Clock of 2105Mhz and Cache Infinity of 128 MB. Like the RX 6800XT, the Radeon RX 6800 also boasts a VRAM of 16 GB with technology GDDR6 and requires 250W of power. This card will be priced at dollars 579 and it will be more powerful than the RTX2080Ti.

    AMD also unveiled the Radeon RX 6900XT (the most powerful RDNA 2 model developed), which will challenge the RTX 3090 with a significantly more expensive GPU. The AMD Radeon RX 6900XT is equipped with 80 processing units, with in-game clock frequency of 2015Mhz, Boost clock of 2250Mhz and 128MB Cache Infinity. The Radeon RX 6900XT will boast 16 GB of VRAM with GDDR6 technology and it will require a power of 300W. The new model will be available next 8th December at the cost of dollars 999.

About a month ago, the first images of the new GPU of the Radeon RX 6000, while NVIDIA, more or less in the same days, unveiled to the world the potential of the RTX 3000.
