We unlock the "Mission Accomplished" result

Here we are with a new guide dedicated to Assassin's Creed Revelations, and this time we are concerned with finding all the the structure of the soul.

The data fragments are 100 in total and by finding them all it is possible to unlock the achievement and trophy:

Mission accomplished
Collect all the given fragments of the Animus.

Also, finding the data fragments Desmond's Sequences are also gradually unlocked.

Before leaving you to the videos showing the location of all the data fragments, let me remind you that after finding the first 25 fragments on the map you will see the pages of Ishak's diary, while after collecting 50 fragments you will be able to buy a map from the bookstore in the game showing the location of the remaining 50 fragments.
