The description of the result asks you to find them in a single game, also considering that there is no system of statistics in the game that keeps track of which ones you have taken and which ones you still miss, and that every time you start a chapter these are reset to zero, I strongly suggest you follow the order of the video and do not skip any collectibles, because understanding later which ones you are missing would be a big problem.
