Here is the complete solution to unlock all trophies of DMC: Devil May Cry. In this guide, the tips from Resources4gaming.com to unlock all achievements and reach Platinum on Playstation 3.

We remind you to also consult the cheat sheet of DMC: Devil May Cry for other useful guides to unlock Trophies or Solutions to complete the game.

How to proceed to unlock all Trophies

I recommend playing the first game on the lowest difficulty level to retrieve all the pieces of equipment you need to collect the collectibles (doors, keys, etc). As explained in the guide to collectibles in fact you will not be able to collect them all in the first game because in the first missions there are collectibles that require Aquila to be taken, but Aquila is acquired in Chapter 10. So:

Match 1: get to mission 10 and get Aquila too, now you have everything you need to get ALL the collectibles
Match 2: start over, this time take ALL the collectibles.
Match 3: this is played on Nefilim difficulty. Since in the previous game you have already taken all the collectibles, at the end of each level you will automatically have the SSS rating in the collectibles. Furthermore, you will not have to waste time looking for them, so it will be easier to have the maximum evaluation even over time. Engage with combos and be quick to get SSS in all missions.
Match 4: after beating the game for the first time on any difficulty level you will unlock the Son of Sparda difficulty. Finish it at this difficulty because it is needed for the "Too Easy" Trophy.
Match 5: after beating the game on the Son of Sparda difficulty you will unlock the Dante Must Die difficulty. Finish it at this difficulty because it is needed for the "Demons never cry" Trophy.
Match 6: after beating the game on Dante Must Die difficulty you will unlock Heaven and Hell difficulty. Finish it at this difficulty because it is needed for the "It's what I live for" Trophy.
Match 7: after beating the game on the Heaven and Hell difficulty you will unlock the Hell and Hell difficulty. Finish it at this difficulty because it is needed for the "Welcome to Hell" Trophy.
