Titanfall: How to Unlock Customizable Titans [360-Xbox One-PC]

Guide to the Titans

Let's see the features of the titan classes, how to unlock them and how to play as titans.

Guide to the Titans

In Titanfall we have three different classes of titans, namely the Atlas, Stryder and Ogre. From the very beginning of the game we will have the possibility to play with the three classes, but we will be able to do it using ONLY the standard loadouts.

Atlas class
As for versatility, the Atlas excels where all other models are lacking. It represents the best of war platforms, offers good protection and has superior mobility compared to the frame of the Ogre. Whether the mission calls for reconnaissance capabilities, rapid assault, fire support, tactical support, or all of these, the Atlas offers reliability, power, and most importantly, frontline effectiveness.

Class Stryder
The use of speed and agility for survival is at the heart of the Stryder's remarkable incisiveness in battle. The mobility of the Stryder, faster than any other Titan frame on the market, represents the culmination of many years of award-winning research and development in linear and rotary automation. Of course, despite the benefits of agility, the Stryder does not sacrifice the superior characteristics, typical of Titan Hammond Robotics, which pilots regularly rely on during their missions.

Ogre Class
In no uncertain terms, the Ogre was designed to be the ultimate armored vehicle in the form of the Titan. Therefore, he mostly relies on armor and offensive abilities. When survival becomes paramount on a mission, the Ogre is a tool capable of outperforming any other contender on the battlefield in performance, capability and endurance.

How to play with custom Titans

Custom Atlas Class
From the start of the game you will have access to all three classes, but you can only use the default loadouts. After reached level 10 you will have the possibility to customize the equipment, but this you will be able to do it initially only for the Atlas class.

Custom Stryder class
You can use a Stryder Titan with custom loadout by obtaining (randomly) the "Spare Stryder" burn card which allows you to use this Titan with custom equipment for a single match. To use the custom Stryder class in any game you will need to complete both the IMC campaign and the Militia campaign once.

Custom Ogre Class
You can use an Ogre Titan with custom loadout by earning (randomly) the "Reserve Ogre" burn card which allows you to use this Titan with custom equipment for a single match. To have the ability to use the custom Ogre class at any time you will need to complete both the IMC campaign and the Militia campaign once.
