This Sniper Elite 3 achievement calls for "making the death of the target, the officer, look like an accident". Here's how to proceed.

In mission 5 you will have to identify and follow an officer. There are 3 of them and the one you need to follow is completely random. Use the binoculars to identify your target, then follow them until they stop. Shoot the explosive object to trigger an intermission scene, then the 3 possible targets will stop and talk.

At this point: if your target is the one on the left you will have to follow him and then shoot the tank near the scaffolding; if instead you have to kill the one in the center, follow it and then shoot the barrels on the back of the truck and finally, if your target is the one on the right, after following it you will have to shoot the fireworks.
