Amazon Games Studios' New World has been postponed again

Amazon Games Studios' New World has been postponed again

In the past few hours the Amazon Games Studios announced that the PC debut of N has been postponed again. Initially, the release of the MMORPG made in Amazon was scheduled for May, only to be postponed due to coronavirus until 25 August. According to the words of Rich Lawrence, director of the US software house, the title should see the light during the spring of 2021. The decision to postpone the release of New World again was pinch (made with three fingers) following the feedback collected during the recent Alpha Test. Here are the words of Rich Lawrence:

When we looked at the feedback we've received over the past few months from our Alpha audience, we saw that players like the game and would like to see even more of it. Specifically, we want to make sure that users have intermediate and final experiences as they venture through Aeternum. We want our gamers to feel completely immersed in the game and we know our studio is synonymous with quality, long-lasting gameplay you can trust - and this translates into additional time, in order to get things where we want them, first. to release them completely.

As a result, we will change our launch date - and consequently, our final beta test - to spring 2021. We do not take the decision lightly and urgently have the game delivered to you as quickly as possible with the best possible quality - with some additions that will make the gaming experience even better.
