Released a few weeks ago, the new battleroyale Call of Duty: Warzone it was immediately very successful. In addition to being a Free-to-Play title and therefore accessible to all, players immediately noticed the simplicity of the game mechanics and the aim-shoot system. The well-known streamer Shroud recently said he prefers Apex Legends to the new Cod, which he considered too easy and casual.
Shroud is a streamer known to many for his transition - after Ninja's - from Twitch to Mixer. He has long been in the competitive counter of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive but is famous for his performances on various games. One of these is precisely Call of Duty, this is the reason why he immediately launched himself on Activision's new battleroyale, managing to analyze it and compare it to other games such as Apex o Fortnite.
It's impressive how easy it is to play Call of Duty when similar titles come out. Many do not realize it because it is objectively a fun game, but when you switch to a more competitive game we immediately notice the difference.
Shroud stated during one of his videos. Then it continues:
Guys, enough with CoD. After seeing my performances on this game I have decided that I will not play it anymore, or at least the bare minimum. I have nothing against this game, but now I understand why Tyler (Skadoodle) doesn't want to play it. If you want to stay a little focused and competitive on other titles, you just can't play this one.
Despite the opinion of Shroud, Call of Duty: Warzone keep moving forward with the recent update and the addition of new weapons and modes.
