Deathloop officially postponed, new release date revealed

The developer Arkane Studios ha postponed today Deathloop, his upcoming shooter on PlayStation 5 e PC. As you can see in the photo at the bottom of the article, luckily we already have a new release date, that is 14 September 2021. Before being put off, Deathloop (you can find our preview of the game at this link) it should have made its debut on the day of 21 Maggio 2021, a rather close date.

According to what has been declared, it seems that these additional months are needed to create a better experience for gamers (as it was easy to expect), and therefore we can only hope that the postponement will benefit the final quality of the product. Arkane Lyon hinted in the words spent to communicate the postponement of the game that we will soon find out more about Deathloop, probably through unexpected trailers.

After the acquisition of Bethesda (publisher of Deathloop) by Microsoft, several doubts have arisen about the game, which will however be confirmed as an exclusive PlayStation despite the agreements made with the Redmond house, at least for a defined time slot. The work has already shown itself in several videos, and players obviously can't wait to get their hands on this new franchise patented by the developer.
