Elden Ring: stellar news coming according to Jeff Grubb

Very little is known about Elden Ring, the latest effort of the boys of FromSoftware driven by Hidetaka Miyazaki, perhaps one of the most renowned Japanese development teams. The developers of FromSoftware themselves are in fact the developers of the series Dark Souls and other famous titles such as Bloodborne e Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Precisely because of the great fame of the Japanese team, the hype for Elden Ring has consequently become increasingly pressing in these two long years since the cryptic announcement of the game, with its related and enigmatic trailer. The information on the title has indeed arrived with the dropper since that day. However, it seems that the wait in this regard has almost come to an end, at least according to Jeff Grubb, editor of VentureBeat, according to which there would be new news coming very soon.

According to Grubb, in fact, new news is about to arrive that could make a splash the hype of players "on the moon!". We can read it in a comment on Twitter that you can find at the bottom of the article, where in response to a post by Nibel that depicted a statistical curve in sharp ascent, referring to the hype for Elden Ring, the editor of VentureBeat has let himself go to a comment foreshadowing new news coming, at least according to some of his "sources". Nibel's tweet in particular took as a reference the disproportionate increase of the share value of Gamestop to the bag of Wall Streat in recent weeks, alluding to how the mathematical curve of the values of individual shares had risen enormously in 2020 and how the hype curve in the Elden Ring community was doing in the same way.

As for the game, for now all we know of official is that the title in question is developed in collaboration with George RR Martin, very famous writer and author of texts such as "A Song of Ice and Fire" which then inspired the TV series The Throne of Swords. Martin will then take care of the narrative component and to baste the lore game present in the title. On the playful component, however, things are even less clear, even if for now it seems that the title will be a Open World with numerous dungeon to explore, and that there will likely be mechanics typical of the souls like those of Role playing game. It is not clear, however, whether there will be innovations in the combat system and elements such as the variable weather and day and night cycle, although according to some insiders it seems to be confirmed.

Should soon go to the moon?
