Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade: new details on gameplay and plot of Episode Yuffie

After his announcement at the end of last year PlayStation State of Play, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade it was certainly the announcement that most impressed the public. This new version exclusive to PlayStation 5 of the branded action RPG game Square Enix coming soon next 10 June will also bring with it a new downloadable chapter, "Yuffie episode“, Which will be positioned at the end of the main adventure and is assumed to be a bridge between the first and the second part of this project. The main characters of the new chapter will be precisely Yuffie, already present in the original title of 1997, and Sonon, a new warrior and character added to support the protagonist.

Yuffie proclaims herself a famous ninja and great thief of Materia, equipped with a huge shuriken that you always carry with you on your back. Thanks to its agile movements and great stealth skills, it is able to cope very well in combat, whether it is close or from a distance. Sonon is a gentle and quiet mercenary who trained with Yuffie's father at a young age and now follows her in a dangerous mission in the headquarters of the Shinra.

In this downloadable episode, broken down into two extra chapters which will be added to those already present in the original game, the two protagonists have infiltrated the city of Midgar trying to find out how to sneak inside the main building of the evil organization Shinra, with the intent to get hold of a "Definitive Matter“, Which is currently in the possession of this criminal association and has been segregated for some time within the dangerous and guarded headquarters. In short, this new mission with unpublished protagonists (at least in the Remake) seems to be interesting, and maybe it will allow to link the destinies of Cloud, Barret, Tifa, Aerith e Red-XIII to those of Yuffie and Sonon, but to find out we can only wait until next June with the arrival of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.
