Halo: revealed the actor who will play the Master Chief in the tv series

Will Pablo Schreiber, actor seen in In the den of wolves, Skyscraper, First Man and American Gods, to interpret Master Chief in the TV series dedicated to Halo, produced by Showtime and based on the Microsoft shooter saga of the same name. At his side there will be the Australian actress Yerin Ha, who will play Quan Ah, a new character created specifically for the show.

Master Chief is described as a very strong warrior of Earth in the 26th century and the only hope of salvation for a civilization pushed to the brink of destruction by the Covenant, an unstoppable alliance of alien worlds committed to the destruction of humanity. The Halo TV series has been in the works for many years and recently there has been a change of direction, in fact it will be Otto Bathurst to direct the nine episodes of the show, replacing Rupert Wyatt who left the project due to scheduling conflicts. Filming is scheduled to begin this fall in Budapest, Hungary.
