Is Capcom currently working on Street Fighter 6?

The ride of Street Fighter V suffered a sudden and inevitable slowdown from the heated success of Tekken 7, so it's not a gamble to think that Capcom is working on a possible new chapter of the franchise.
To suggest this thesis, a couple of clues that need a proper connection: Sony PlayStation will be the main sponsor of the next EVO 2019, the largest fighting tournament in the world. It has been rumored for some time that someone here intends to take advantage of the circumstance to announce a new game.

So here is that some rumor - always to be taken with a grain of salt - wants the game to be announced to be proper Street Fighter 6 and the very presence of Sony may suggest that the same Capcom title could be a first launch title, perhaps in an exclusive time frame, for the next PlayStation 5.

Clearly, as this is a rumor, the only thing we can do is wait for EVO 2019 and see if this announcement will happen or not.
