Is Naughty Dog working on its first PlayStation 5 title?

N it was certainly one of the development studies on the crest of the wave this year thanks, in particular, to the release of The Last of Us: Part 2, one of the latest masterpieces released on the past generation of consoles. In fact, analyzing the page of the job positions for which the software house is currently looking for staff, it would seem that the start of work on the new game is not that far off.

Naughty Dog would be willing to hire individuals with experience in the field ofanimation, production, graphics, publishing, game design, light and visual effects, user interface, programming and more. All these positions would be sought for 2021, a year that could therefore sanction the start of work on the new IP of the studio, assuming that they have not already begun. The history of Naughty Dog and that of PlayStation have always crossed, going hand in hand well before the acquisition by the Japanese giant. In fact, characters like Crash Bandicoot, Jak, Daxter e Nathan Drake have almost become icons of Sony's videogame universe, embracing generations of consoles ranging from the very first PlayStation to the penultimate flagship, PS4.

As was widely expected, no further details were provided regarding the characteristics of the project for which the new figures sought will be hired, so we just have to wait for the next few months to hope to receive the first real information.
