Two days ago already Square Enix had shown for the first time the faces of the protagonists of Kingdom Hearts Dark Road, promising today an important announcement. This came already in the morning, as the company released new ones screenshot, always obvious on Twitter, linked to the main campaign of the game.
The images, which you find at the bottom of the news, show some important scenes such as Xehanort in the company, it is supposed, of Darkness to the Isles of Destiny. Although we have no further information on the game, thanks to the photos we can guess that the combat will be handled differently than in Union X, as Kingdom Hearts Dark Road seems to have a more classic and card-based RPG system than medals.
For those who are not yet aware of it, opera is a mobile game that will be available later this year on all smartphones and tablets, will be directly accessible from the Kingdom Hearts Union X home screen.
The game will focus on shedding light on some aspects of Xehanort's past:
- how he became a seeker of darkness.
- how the friendship with Eraqus
- who they are and what happened to the other fellow students
Square Enix has promised more information over the next few weeks, hopefully the title will be available soon.
