PlayStation 5: the contents of the package have been revealed

The good Nick has in fact published on Twitter (jump at the bottom of the news) some photos dedicated to PS5: one shows the front side of the package, the other shows the back and, the most important here, immortalizes it. one of the sides of the packaging which clearly shows what we will have in our hands, in addition to the console, the next 19st November.

Well, here is the PlayStation 5 package contents:

• A PlayStation 5 Console (and up to here, we all get there ...)
• A DualSense wireless controller
• A Base to place the Console horizontally
• An HDMI cable (apparently it doesn't appear to be offered in HDMI 2.1 version)
• One power supply
• A power cord
• A USB cable
• The pre-installed game Astro's Playroom
• Various paper manuals

Among the most interesting aspects to underline there is undoubtedly the fact that the HDMI cable present inside the package it does not appear to be in HDMI 2.1 version, the new “minimum standard”, if you pass the term, to make the most of the new graphic wonders that await us with the next generation consoles. In fact, it is known that the transition to the next-gen, on the occasion of the debut of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S, is in this period much more demanding than in the past, in economic terms, due to the fact that it will be necessary consider buying a new TV able support HDMI 2.1 technology. It would be a real shame not to have such a cable in your hands, you will agree.

It is also curious to note that for the first time the support base of a PlayStation console will be used to position the machine horizontally (the vertical position being the "standard" position).
