The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, the first teaser trailer of the game is available

Daedalic Entertainment has recently released a short teaser trailer dedicated to "The Lord of the Rings: Gollum". The short clip, which you can conveniently find on the cover, allows us to take a closer look at the famous character of the novel written by J. R. R. Tolkien and set at the end of the Third Era in the imaginary Middle-earth. The new stealth action game of the German software house will be characterized by a somewhat "singular" gameplay, given that Gollum will not have the ability to eliminate enemies with weapons, but taking advantage of the surrounding environment, thanks to its stealth and cunning.

Furthermore, according to recent statements by Martin Wilkes, lead designer of Daedalic Entertainment, players will have the opportunity to choose between the answers proposed by the personality of Smeagol and the personality of Gollum. The decisions made will affect not only the "dominant" personality, but also the animations, sound effects, certain game situations and dialogues. At the moment the development team hasn't announced any release date, or launch window, but "The Lord of the Rings: Gollum”Will debut on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC in 2021.
