One of the best opportunities that fairs like E3 or Gamescom offer are those that allow you to try the games still in development, so you can share your opinion on the titles in question and help the developers to correct any problems not previously noticed. Unfortunately, due to the current global pandemic, this has not been possible in recent months but, apparently, Microsoft products managed to find the right solution for everyone. The American company has therefore announced a very special event for all current owners of Xbox One: the Summer Game Fest Demo Event. Thanks to Xbox Game Studios and Geoff Keighley have managed to organize, in the week since 21 to 27 July 2020, a huge digital fair in which several videogame companies intend to make available between 75 and 100 demos for Xbox One, of which at least 60 of these completely unpublished. Unlike the traditional ones that remain even for several years in digital stores, almost always made after the conclusion of a game, these they are present only for the time period we have previously mentioned, in addition to the fact that they will by no means represent the final version of the products in question. Put simply, the American company plans to let players prove they are real demo from show floor and, thanks to this occasion, they even invited a share opinions through forums and social networks. Below, the incomplete list of the titles that players have the opportunity to try it for free thanks to this initiative:
- Destroy All Humans!
- Cris Tales
- Port
- Hellpoint
- Skatebird
- The Vale: Shadow of the Crown
- Raji: An Ancient Epic
- Welcome to Elk
Unfortunately, we do not currently know the full list of affected titles yet, but we expect them to Xbox Game Studios reveal more information in the coming days. While waiting for that moment to arrive, we remind you that the date of the rumored June conference has apparently been leaked.
