Arkane Studios: two more games in development after Deathloop?

In the past few hours, theofficial announcement: Microsoft products entered into an agreement for the acquisition of ZeniMax Media, parent company of Bethesda Softworks. This latest studio is one of the largest and most acclaimed teams of developers and editors in the world, and is an incredibly talented group of 2.300 people around the world that make up some of the most established creative studios in the industry, through various teams (such as Arkane Studios) franchise managers such as The Elder Scroll, Fallout , Wolfenstein, DOOM, Dishonored, Prey, Quake, Starfield e many others.

Speaking of Arkane, through the official ZeniMax website Announcements have been posted regarding new projects underway, one of Arkane France (whose last game was Dishonored 2) and the other of Arkhane Austin (who made the last Prey). There isn't much more information about it, but engine programmer lists on both sides mention "our style of immersive simulation and emerging gameplay creates a lot of challenges". Waiting for new information about it, we remind you that in the last few hours the fate of Deathloop, action-adventure title developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda.

Basically, the game in question will initially be released for PC e PlayStation 5 like exclusive temporal for console a half of 2021, while at a later time it will also arrive within the family Xbox. Not a few people have wondered whether this choice, after the imminent acquisition of Microsoft, could have undergone some changes; despite everything, however, apparently the situation will remain unchanged. The reason for this is due to the fact that the temporal exclusivity agreement with PlayStation 5 regarding Deathloop would have been tightened precisely before the recent negotiation. Deathloop therefore, as things currently stand, will be released on PlayStation 5 and PC in the second quarter of 2021.
