Assassin's Creed Ragnarok: a possible release date leaked

Assassin's Creed Ragnarok: a possible release date leaked

The saga of Assassin's Creed, over the years, it has become an almost annual project, each time proposing a different historical period but, thanks to the short distance between one title and another, also a series of technical errors or basic repetitiveness. Exactly for this reason Ubisoft chose to delay a year before the release of the new chapter which is still shrouded in mystery today.

While the latest episode of the saga, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, it turned out to be a good title that has also been supported for a long time with various DLCs and updates, the future of the assassins still appears a bit uncertain. We have already talked about the upcoming chapter in the past, however Ubisoft has not yet wanted to release anything official but, for a few days, a date has been leaked on the internet. According to retailers like GameStop e Amazon, the next chapter (which should be called precisely Assassin's Creed Ragnarok) will come out precisely on September 29th. A date more or less in line with the other productions even if it anticipates what is now the classic release period, or between October and the end of November.

If this date were to be confirmed by Ubisoft, we most likely expect an official confirmation and a first reveal between the months of April and May. Having canceled E3 2020 due to Coronavirus, the French company also chose to hold a special digital online event at the end of spring to announce its products, which therefore leads to a plausible revelation no later than mid-June. Furthermore, the new chapter of the saga should be released both on current consoles such as PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but also on future machines announced by Sony e Microsoft, becoming one of Ubisoft's very first cross-gen and next-gen titles (along with Watch Dogs Legion).
