Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Guide to the Mysteries of Essexe

Before leaving you to the text, we remind you that in the following lines you may find some major or minor spoilers on Assassin's Creed Valhalla, regarding some playful sections and the narrative sector. We therefore advise you to continue carefully, especially if you have not finished the game in its entirety.

1 - World event (Take Me a Husband)

You will find a woman who wants to kidnap a man who lives in a house surrounded by red flowers. Go up the hill to notice a house surrounded by red flowers and a man near a well. Talk to him. This will initiate a fist fight. Beat him and tie him up, then take him to the woman's house.


2 - World event (The Banshee)

When you arrive at the mystery place, talk to the man in the hiding place. Shoot an arrow at the barricade above his red tent. Kill him and collect his loot to complete this mystery.

Advance into the cave until you see a branch you can swing from. Go left, then right until you advance further into the cave. Continue along the path and you will reach a cellar with many large barrels to interact with. You will find the treasure under a chest that you cannot access. To get it, you'll need to open enough barrels by shooting an arrow at their locks. This will fill the well with enough wine to make the Treasure rise to the surface.

4 - Fly

Here are the correct answers:

  1. Because they put everyone who hears them to sleep.
  2. I will defeat you and banish all doubts.
  3. Lend me a potion, because your words make me sick.

5 - Flight Agaric

Interact with each flame, in front of the gate, here is the solution from left to right: red, blue, blue, red, red, blue

6 - World event (Mother)

Kill the wolves on the spot, climb to the roof and collect the beautiful flowers. These will activate the ability to talk to the man inside the house. Talk to the man inside and choose any dialogue option to end this Mystery.

7 - World event (The Riddler)

Talk to the man. It has 3 riddles for you. Here are the questions with solutions:

  1. My head is hammer-forged, wounded with sharp tools, smoothed by flies. I take in my mouth what is placed in front of me: a lock and a key.
  2. I saw a strange thing, wonderful in shape, singing in a tavern. Its beak underneath, rested on spread legs that cannot walk: bagpipes.
  3. With my roofs of tears, I am pushed far and wide on my path of vengeance. When I shake the forest, I make the fruit boom from the trees: a storm.

8 - Altar of offerings

To complete this mystery, you will need 30 iron ore. These are easily found in caves, especially those leading to the Treasury of Brittany.


9 - World event (The Prodigy)

Talk to the man, then to the bishop in front of him. Defeat him to end this mystery.

10 - World event (Devil's Hole)

Talk to the man under the blue icon. Enter the cave and talk to the man in the armor. You can choose to spare him or kill him. Return to the man outside the cave to end this Mystery.

11 - World event (The Gleewoman)

Free the woman and talk to her. She'll start cheerleading. He wants you to kill an enemy. There are some wild boars nearby. After a while she will stop and you will be presented with three choices, but to finish this Mystery you have to pay her the highest amount (165 coins).


12 - World Event (The Golden Nosed Boar)

Talk to the Boarmaster. Now follow the boar and examine the ground when the boar stops. Collect the first "treasure" and then follow the boar again. When it stops, examine the ground again. Repeat the same thing for the third time. After collecting the third treasure, follow the boar again, but this time get ready to fight some thugs trying to kill him. Now collect the fourth treasure next to the boar to end this Mystery.
