Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, some players have been unfairly banned

Over the past few hours, some players have reported on the net that they have been unfairly banned from the zombie mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The games in the franchise in question have always had a problem with cheater: This is why numerous waves of ban during season 2 of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.

Undoubtedly the cheater cancellation is something that rules-abiding players are grateful for, however it is a completely different story for those who receive it, particularly when they have done nothing wrong. And as it turns out, it's something that's happening right during this time in the game.

In fact, in the last few days, a error code apparently new “Sail 360 Nuclear Bug” has been spotted by players. The causes are still unknown, but those who were unfortunate enough to encounter him were not only sent back to the main menu, but were unable to access the online service again, which means they have been hit with some sort of permanent ban.

The user of Reddit Korlesa is just one of the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players to have been unfairly banned, and he has reported that fact to the platform in hopes of spreading the problem. It would seem that at least 50 other players have submitted complaints to Activision.

First, the problem appears to be unique to the PC version of the game. Secondly, the trouble code only activates during Zombies mode. Also, it appears to occur once a player reaches the round 50 or higher. Korlesa says she has already tried speaking to Activision support for assistance, but has not received any help.

The developer community manager Treyarch, Josh Torres, he replied to the Reddit post and simply said he is unable to help with the problem and it is unclear whether Activision or Treyarch are doing anything to fix the problem or restore banned players.
