Control: The Ultimate Edition will include the transition to the next-gen

Through a trailer published on the official profile of the studio, Remedy Entertainment announced the arrival of the Ultimate Edition di Control which will include, in addition to the base title, also the DLC and the free passage for the next generation consoles PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X. The special edition of Control will be available next 27th August su Steam, and it will come up epic Games, Xbox One e PlayStation 4 only starting from the next September 10th. As for the release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the title will arrive on digital stores by the end of 2020 and will be distributed in physical edition during the early months of 2021. At the moment the official prices have not yet been revealed, but will be clarified at the time of the launch on the platforms.

Control Ultimate Edition will include the base game, the expansion The Foundation and the new expansion AWE, which will introduce within the title Alan Wake. They will then also be included all updates of the contents released so far, from expeditions to photo mode. Players will need the Ultimate Edition of the title to be able to take advantage of the free pass to next-generation consoles, even if they have previously purchased the base edition of the game and all subsequent content.
