Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, the physical edition will arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X | S in December

Capcom today announced that Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, in the physical versions dedicated to PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X | S, will be available starting next 1th December. For the occasion, the Japanese software house has unveiled the covers for next-gen versions (the images await you at the bottom of the news). The company's Tweet also recalled that, in case you prefer the digital version, players will be able to start the download for free of Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, starting next 10st November to Xbox Series X and from 12st November su PlayStation 5.

The Special Edition of the fifth chapter of the Capcom series will include important new features, such as the Ray Tracing support and a completely revamped lighting system, as well as full support for PlayStation 3's exclusive 5d audio technology, known as “Tempest Engine". Furthermore, on the occasion of the latest edition of Tokyo Game Show, it was confirmed that Vergil will be present as a playable character, in addition to the addition of the Legendary Dark Knight, which will raise the challenge level, significantly increasing the number of demons to take down (and that's why we're all here, right ?!). Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition has recently shown itself in a next-gen guise through new gameplay videos, which we talked about in the following article.

We are now ready to throw ourselves fully into the re-edition of Dante's latest adventure, which particularly focuses on adding additional playable characters, and which will therefore be enriched by further rather unexpected contents.
