Far Cry 6: the first official trailer leaked! [UPDATED]

There seems to be no peace for Ubisoft and the highly anticipated one Far Cry 6. The new title of the famous series, in fact, was again the victim of a leak, this time relating to the first official trailer, which you can find at the head of the article until it is deleted for copyright infringement. In the aforementioned trailer, over three minutes long, the release date is also anticipated, or the February 18 2021.

A few days ago Ubisoft had released on the official Far Cry Twitter account a short teaser trailer where we saw for the first time Giancarlo Esposito, obviously recreated in CGI, in action. As evidenced by the same post, we will have more details during theUbisoft Forward which will take place today 12 July. The event, as confirmed by the teaser trailer that you can see clicking hereand will be held live on Ubisoft's social media channels on July 12th at 21:00 pm.

According to recent rumors, as well as Cyberpunk 2077 and Marvel's Avengers, Far Cry 6 will also be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X through the release of a free update. Furthermore, as previously anticipated, the new game location will be a tropical island named Yara which is ruled by the dictator Anton Castillo (Giancarlo Esposito), intent on restoring the nation to its former glory at any cost. According to some recent theories it seems that Diego Castillo, son of Anton, could be Vaas, one of the villains of Far Cry 3.
