Grand Theft Auto is the title that everyone, or almost everyone, eagerly awaits and that Rockstar Games, at all times, he decides to show exclusively in due time. As if to say: "the game is ready when it is ready".

Also this time, after almost 6 years from the previous chapter that has beaten all kinds of records, the software house has not deigned to have any official news about the new title. What we are about to tell you must therefore be taken with a grain of salt, at least until Rockstar decides to formalize the game and all the related news.

It all starts with a leak on Reddit, where it is specified that the development of the game started as early as 2012, but that the actual production started in mid-2015. The code name Project Americas it also suggests that the title will be developed by more than one software house given the majesty that the game will offer. The setting seems to be straddling the 70s and 80s, set in Vice City and with a new location inspired by Rio de Janeiro, with the addition of linear missions set in Liberty City. Further rumors would see Cuba as a location. The gameplay will not be as realistic as in Red Dead Redemption 2 and will feature only one male protagonist who is supposed to be a drug trafficker named Ricardo. There is also talk of a prison that will play a key role within the story itself.

Another notable novelty is the division of the story into chapters as in RDR 2 and the climate, which seems to play an interesting role, such as the transformation of buildings over time or even the "classic" vehicles that will become more expensive over time. seasons. The only flaw of this chapter that already seems to promise sparks from every point of view will be (for some and not for all) the release only on next-gen consoles such as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett.
