Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, announced the title in augmented reality

The arcade racing game Nintendo par excellence, able to amaze and improve itself in every single iteration over the years, it tries again to surprise its loyal audience with a new and extravagant move that is completely out of the ordinary. In these last hours, the big N has pulled that new chapter you don't expect titled out of the hat Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. But what would this "novelty" consist of?

To celebrate the 35th anniversary, Nintendo released a video that you can view at the top of the article where the first themed racing game was shown Super Mario in Augmented Reality. The basic idea is very simple: inside the pack we will find a real one "model" of the character purchased riding his kart. A mounted camera will finally transmit the real images on the TV screen or directly on the Switch screen if you are playing in handheld mode. Finally, the game software will make the experience even more immersive and fun, but above all interactive, thanks to the on-screen display of the different power-ups, enemies and so on scattered along the way. Everything you need to be able to create the circuit in your living room, in your bedrooms and so on, will be at our disposal once we have purchased the pack that will be released this autumn, the day 16 October. This is the content of the entire package which can be found in two variants: Mario o Luigi:

• 4 ports
• 2 curve signals
• USB charging cable

Through the four doors we will be able to outline the boundaries of the track on the floor that the camera will read accordingly. The curve signals also have the same value and will allow the photographic cell to interpret the trace in such a way as to provide a faithful reproduction on the screen. Appointment set for this October 16 to run around like never before within their own walls in the company of Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit.
