Marvel is thinking of making a Spider-Multiverse

Marvel is thinking of making a Spider-Multiverse

After the recent peace made between Disney e Sony, the rumors about the new film productions on Spider-Man seem not to want to subside. The latest rumors say that the two companies are considering a multi-verse dedicated to Spider-Man Secret Wars, which should bring together Tom Office Series The Netherlands, Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire e Tom Hardy in the role of Venom. While nothing has been confirmed yet, the possible plan is that the Peter Parker in Holland, seen in the recent Far From Home, will appear in Venom 3, but with a renewed approach to the character. Given that Marvel apparently doesn't want to make a film dedicated solely to the anti-hero, the symbiote's third film should ignore Hardy's previous two appearances. If rumors are to be believed, any future Spider-Man story supervised by Kevin Feige will expect a slight reboot of the character played by Tom Hardy.

Another theory says that, if Feige isn't involved in future Venom movies, Tom Holland will play a Spider-Man from another universe, with no references to the MCU. To make things even more complicated, Spider-Man's future within the MCU will hinge on the introduction of multi-verse, opening the door for a return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Plus, all of this could create an epic story arc based on Secret Wars, trying to compete with what the Russo brothers did with Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

Cosmic Book News claims that the MCU is working to bring numerous films and TV series dedicated to the Secret Wars, which would see protagonists not only the Marvel zombies but also thick bad guys like Doctor doom e Galactus. Presumably, the multi-verse will be permanently created in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which may or may not tie into the Secret Wars plot and pave the way for the next Spider-Man movies.
