Mass Effect Legendary Edition enters Gold phase, release date confirmed

Finally good news coming for all fans of BioWare, and in particular of the famous videogame saga of the Canadian development team, Mass Effect. According to what has emerged in the last few hours, the Legendary Edition of the game (which will allow players to relive the exploits of Commander Shepard in the acclaimed trilogy) has officially entered the Gold phase, therefore ready for mass burning.

The announcement came directly from Mac Walters, Project Director of Mass Effect Legendary Edition, who (through the release of a tweet on his official account) revealed that the game has become Gold, celebrating the announcement with a nice clip that showcases some of the famous characters of the series in the middle of a party.

So, barring sudden and unexpected issues within the development team, the release date is confirmed for May 14, 2021. The Legendary Edition of the famous trilogy by Mass Effect will allow fans of the series to access all basic single player content, and over 40 downloadable content of Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3, including weapons, armor and promotional packs, remastered and optimized in 4K Ultra HD.
