Metroid Prime 4: Retro Studios is looking for new staff to hire

It's been two years now since that famous video that announced a future release of Metroid Prime 4, and we have to say that during this period the development was not exactly rosy. Among the little information about it given to us by di Nintendo and the announcement of the job cancellation which took place at the beginning of the year - with the consequence of having to start from scratch the project - it seemed that the fourth chapter would not easily see the light. Finally, it was the infamous virus that turned the knife into the sore and certainly did not help the developers. But like a lighthouse in a stormy sea here is that from the website of Retro Studios, the developer house, appear new job offers.

Of course, that does not guarantee that they are to help create the new chapter of the saga, but if we think that just two weeks ago a new director of development was added to their ranks for Metroid Prime 4, this appears to be anything but coincidence. Also because the person in question is Dylan Jobe, already famous for working on developing games of the caliber of Doom, Warhawk o Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. Certainly therefore, not the last in the sector, which will certainly be able to make a good contribution to the project. The aforementioned detail can only rekindle a strong hope in all fans of the saga.

It has now been 13 years since the distant 2007 when the first installment of the Prime series to Nintendo GameCube. The three dimensions were an instant hit with fans of Samus, and the fame of the now historic Nintendo shooter skyrocketed. But despite this, in this time the fandom of the series never seems to have waned. And indeed there are still many people eagerly awaiting the news on the fourth sequel. We don't have a release date for sure yet to Metroid Prime 4, it is rumored that we will have to wait until at least 2021 or even 2022. Most likely, however, we will see it available for our Nintendo switch.
