Overwatch 2 will be at Blizzcon, an insider reveals in advance what to expect

Twitter user Metro_CW, has revealed a small detail related to Overwatch 2, which we already know will be present at the event BlizzCon 2021 organized by Blizzard which will begin this evening, Friday 19 February, from 23.00 pm in Spain. In the tweet you can read:

• There will be some updates on the development of Overwatch 2

According to what has just been reported (the original message awaits you in the tweet linked at the bottom of the news), Overwatch 2 will therefore be present, although probably in marginal form. There could therefore be few details about it, besides some brief updates on the development status of the title whose first chapter was published in 2016. The user also invites to keep your expectations low against the event (come on, Blizzard, contradict them all!). Also according to the leak that gave life to this series of short rumors, it also seems that the first Overwatch is to be considered to all intents and purposes dead. Blizzard should not release further updates, if not - perhaps - change the formula with which the shooter is offered to the public, making it a free-to-play. The Metro_CW user also says he is sure that a remastered version of Diablo 2 will be presented tonight at BlizzCon.
