Just five days after its launch in the United States of America, Japan and Canada, and 48 hours before its arrival on the European shores, PlayStation 5 already has his first firmware update. The version 20.02-02.25.00 it is in fact available for download right now on the license plate console Sony Interactive Entertainment. This first firmware update for PlayStation 5 appears to improve system performance, bringing stability to the console and fixing some teething problems.
The size of the new system patch is approximately 886 MB. Its download is already available for the lucky few who are in possession of the new generation console. Regarding the changes made by this update, however, Sony has not yet unbuttoned by releasing the details regarding the corrections made. So, a few days before we get our hands on the PlayStation 5, we hope this update will make the system slightly easier to use. Currently, however, it is not yet certain whether this update will help eliminate or reduce the problems caused by some technical problems on the new generation console.
