Rainbow Six Siege: Sam Fisher will be one of the new Operators

After being the protagonist of several leaks published in recent days, finally Ubisoft confirmed through a teaser trailer the arrival of Sam Fisher, the famous agent of the series of Splinter Cell, inside Rainbow Six Siege as one of the new Operators. Sam will be introduced in the title through the new update Operation Shadow Legacy, of which further official information will be released next 16th August during the event NA-Mini Major Finals, the North American Finals of Rainbow Six Siege on the Twitch streaming platform. In addition to being introduced in the title with the name Zero, at the moment there is no other official information on what will be its main weapons and abilities.

    Harry,

one would think that it would have been difficult for me to evaluate an individual who is so highly regarded. The figure of Sam Fisher has always been shrouded in mystery. Just looking at his impressive resume, or the parts he made available to us, I don't struggle to understand why you chose specialist Sam “Zero” Fisher.

I can't say much about his past missions, as I have mostly second-hand information and the details aren't always clear. But I know that he never left anyone behind and, where he was not there to prevent a disaster, he always made sure to remedy it. There is no doubt, given his experience as an instructor in Virginia, that he is perfectly suited to the teaching role.

Although he is no longer in service, he seems to have kept himself in excellent shape, even if as soon as he arrived he looked a bit tired. I wonder why Zero chose to use Rainbow as a base; he wouldn't be here without a good reason and we should take advantage of his experience. His military proficiency will be a great complement to your psychological acumen. As he will in fact be the first member of ROS, the Rainbow operations staff, I am curious and even a little intimidated by the changes he will bring to our organization. I am sure his training will be a necessary, albeit painful, experience. Regarding its sudden appearance I guess there is something it does not tell me, but that does not surprise me. Zero only provides the information that is strictly necessary and I am sure he will tell me everything I need when the time comes.

I am very happy that I was able to examine the functionality of your surveillance equipment. It's not often that Zero lets someone else use his toys, and it was an experience from which I learned a lot. They have a flexibility of movement and a behavior that can be exploited both in the offensive phase and in the preparation of the defensive phase, and everything is perfectly suited to Zero's ability to take advantage of any situation.

Don't think he'll go light on me in training just because he knew my father. If I learned something from Zero when I met him as a child, it was like seeing clearly and taking measurements of those around us. It is strange to see him again after all these years. In many ways it hasn't changed at all, but for others? Be that as it may, he has aged well.

Sam Fisher will also soon be introduced in another game, titled Tom Clancy's Elite Squad, available for iOS and Android starting next August 27th. We just have to wait for more information on the new Rainbow Six Siege update, Operation Shadow Legacy.
