Resident Evil 2: Claire Redfield's jacket is on sale in a limited edition

resident evil continues to be one of the most significant, influential and long-lived franchises in the entire history of video games and, in the same way, the characters we got to know in the various chapters of the series have become iconic and perfectly recognizable even by less passionate players. Leon Kennedy, Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield are just some of the best known faces associated with the popular survival horror video game series created by Capcom and, also considering the highly anticipated release of the new chapter, Resident evil village, the success of the franchise does not seem willing to stop that easily. Among these fundamental pillars of the series we can also find Claire Redfield and now, thanks to the Belgian clothing brand Ark / 8 it will be possible to play the girl again, albeit in a more literal way.

The clothing brand has in fact worked on an authentic piece of merchandising that reminds us of the beloved protagonist of Resident Evil 2, and all fans of the series will have the opportunity to pre-order a limited edition replica of the iconic dark red jacket worn by Claire. Specifically, the jacket appears to be an extraordinary replica of the version featured in the recent Resident Evil 2 remake, with its crimson red colorway and, of course, the embossed “made in heaven” logo with the large angel on the back.

Ark / 8 made it clear that there aren't many jackets in production, so those who want one will have to pre-order it before it's too late. According to the site, once after successful booking, players should expect to receive the jacket by the end of July. Other details on the site reveal that its collar will have press studs that can be adjusted for size and that it will have a total of six zips spread across the sleeves, chest and front. The news comes directly before the expected Resident Evil Showcase, the streaming event that will allow us to discover more details on the new chapter of the main series and on some other projects not yet announced.
