An exciting third season for the final act of Suburra - The Series. Born in 2017, and inspired by the 2015 film of the same name, the series was already initially conceived to be composed of three parts. Based on the "profane trinity" (Church, State, Crime), each season is centered around one of the three symbols. For this last chapter, the direction will be in the hands of Arnaldo Catinari, while the script will be by Ezio abbate, Fabrizio Bettelli, Andrea Nobile, Camilla Buizza e Marco Sani. To announce the news, a video published a few hours ago on the Netflix Youtube channel. Of the new season, due out on October 30, 2020, for now we have only a brief synopsis:
After the tragic suicide of Lele, unable to live with the sense of guilt generated by the crimes committed, and the unexpected awakening from the coma of Manfredi, head of the Anacleti clan, the balance of power between all the characters is again questioned. The third season moves through the streets and alleys of Rome and its province to tell the world of Crime even more closely. Who will win the battle to the death to gain power over the city?
Most of the protagonists of the first two seasons will return to our small screens. Suburra - The Series is the crime thriller Netflix original no more anticipated in recent times. Product a Cattleya e Bartlebyfilm, immediately received positive feedback from critics, despite having had to hold up against Gomorrah, big names in Spanish crime TV series.
