It's official, Amazon e Sony Pictures Television they are working on one spin-off series focused on the universe of The Boys. The news, after being spread on Twitter by Deadline Hollywood, has recently been confirmed by the same Eric Kripke, producer and showrunner of the show, via a tweet on his personal account. We report his words in detail:

The new series will be written and staged by the producer / writer of The Boys, Craig Rosenberg, and will be set in a college of the Vought International, institute exclusively for Super young people. According to recent claims from Amazon and Sony, the new show will be a cross between a "university series"And"Hunger Games“, But it will keep the same soul, satire and vulgarity as The Boys. But that's not all, since analyzing the first reports, the show will be irreverent, ranked rated R and will explore the lives of the super (hormonal and competitive) as they test their physical, sexual and moral limits. In addition, they will compete with each other to grab the best contracts in the most important cities.
Although the spin-off series does not seem to directly follow any of the storylines covered by the comics G e Darick Robertson, teenage themes might fit very well with the tone and style of the main show. At the moment it is not clear if some of the protagonists of The Boys will be present, even if the references to "Patriot" and the "The Seven”Seem somewhat obvious to us. Therefore, given the sudden confirmation by Amazon e Sony Pictures Television, we expect to find out more details about the new show very soon.
