Released in 2013 from the union of Platinum Games e Nintendo, The Wonderful 101 saw the light on Wii U. We are talking about a fundamentally action title but which showed its intention to experiment with something alternative and unique, thanks to the presence of strong elements of the fighting game genre. This particular did not, however, make it stand out, unfortunately ending up being like a flop. Today it is possible to take it back in hand to give it a second chance thanks to its remastered version, made available not only for Nintendo consoles, but also for PC and PlayStation 4. For the undecided and for those who do not know it, from today it is possible to try The Wonderful 101 in its new demo, but there is also an additional incentive to embark on this adventure, thanks to the addition of new characters belonging to another more famous IP - always Platinum Games - let's talk about Bayonetta.
The demo is quite huge, this is called by the developers literally The Wonder-Size Cadet Demo, which seems to have two hours of content available in which it will probably be possible to try out most of the game's initial missions. Also today is the news of the presence of three characters hidden within the complete video game, coming from the aforementioned Bayonetta. These can be unlocked with the codes provided directly by the developers, in the appropriate section within the game menu you will then need to enter "UMBRANGIFT" to unlock Wonder-Bayonetta and "ANGELSLAYERS" to get Wonder-Rodin and Wonder-Jeanne instead.
Through a crowdfunding campaign done on Kickstarter it was possible to revive the title in its new version The Wonderful 101, thanks to thousands of supporters who have contributed almost two million euros to ensure its realization. With these numbers it would seem that, despite the flop, the title had a solid fanbase and, thanks to this success, The Wonderful 101 can be played in both digital and physical versions. We remind you that the game is already available on PlayStation 4, Switch and PC and that right now you can try this title on all three platforms thanks to the Cadet Demo.
