Among the images of the official Instagram profile dedicated to the TV series Watchmen appeared there first animated image. The photo does not portray a particular character but a mysterious one policeman covered on his face by a yellow mask (as you can see yourself on the cover).
According to reports from the Mental Floss portal, the policeman's outfit seems to resemble the mask of Rorschach, and the color yellow should have been chosen to evoke the Comedian's smiling pin, as well as the Silk Ghost costume.
The Watchmen is produced by Damon Lindelof and sees the actors among the protagonists Jeremy Irons, Regina King, Don Johnson, Torn Mison e Tim Blake Nelson. The series will be set in a different timeline from the one narrated between the pages of the official comic.
