Xbox Series X: The Mandalorian-themed controllers arrive

The 2 Season of The Mandalorian it will end, no doubt with the fireworks, tomorrow, when the season finale airs. Microsoft thought to celebrate the occasion releasing a pair of custom controllers for the Xbox Series X and S that look truly amazing. The limited edition controllers will not be for sale, but fans have the opportunity to participate in a lottery to win them for free. Xbox partnered with Lucasfilm Games to create these two beautiful controllers: one is called "Tatooine tangerine", as it portrays Baby Yoda (aka “The Child”) wielding the Force, while the “Turquoise Tython” controller features the same Command, protagonist of the series.

Starting today and through December 28, fans aged 18 and over in the United States who follow @Xbox on Twitter they can retweet the Xbox contest post with #TheMandalorianXboxSweepstakes for a chance to win two limited edition controllers not for sale in a Star Wars themed exclusive. The twitter post shows the two new controllers, which are definitely eye-catching. This isn't the first “free raffle” staged for various movies and shows over the years, but surely these Mandalorian themed Xbox controllers are one of the best creations ever made. Furthermore, Disney + has now been added as a benefit to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which allows fans to stream The Mandalorian and other Disney + content. Ultimate members who are new to Disney + can apply for a 30-day trial subscription via collection on their Xbox console, the Xbox app on Windows 10 PC, or via the Xbox Game Pass mobile app. Please note that Disney + will then automatically renew after the trial expires at the standard monthly price, unless the subscription is canceled.
