Normally in Dragon's Dogma, continuing to collect stuff like greedy hamsters, you need to locate an inn or camp to empty your backpack a little and lighten the weight carried in the inventory. However, you should know that, for the happiness of Plan B lovers, there is a more convenient alternative method to solve this problem.

Give all the items you don't need right away to one of your support pieces, then send it away (remember, however, that pieces also have a limit in the transportable load). This way your items will be safely stowed directly at the camp and you will be able to continue your adventure by traveling light (and picking up other stuff like greedy hamsters).
