In El Shaddai Ascension of The Metatron after completing the game for the first time by selecting the "New Game" option you will be able to choose alternative costumes for the protagonist to wear. Here is the list of these extra costumes and what you need to do to unlock them:

• Dark Enoch: successfully complete Chapter 8 with a grade of A or higher.
• Old Armor A (Blue): successfully complete the game.
• Old Armor B (Brown): successfully complete the game.
• Rider: successfully complete Chapter 6 with a grade of A or higher.
• Special: Collect all Ishtar Bone Fragments from the Darkness Portals. Notes: Wearing this costume you will not take any damage, but you will not get any points.
