Avoiding indulging in the easy comments that the miniature chosen for the article could generate, the Fragger here immediately throws himself into the guide. (hey, "tough" in similar context stands for "immediately", "without delay", clear ???).

Even in Mass Effect 3 love relationships are back between the various characters of the game, be they straight, homosexual or intergalactic between different races there will still be fun.

In this guide we take stock of the situation: what characters can fall in love with, how do imported saves affect and what needs to be done to get to the final love scene.

It is also fair to remember that ending a love relationship is the only way to unlock this achievement / trophy:

Casanova - Start or resume a love relationship.

As you can see in the description of the result there is also talk of "resume" a love story, because there will be differences depending on whether or not you have imported the save from Mass Effect 2.

If your Shepard is new (no imported saves) you may fall in love with:

if your Shepard is a man: Ashley, Kaidan, Liara, Cortez, Diana Allers
if your Shepard is a woman: Ashley, Kaidan, Liara, Traynor, Diana Allers

 

If you imported the character from ME2 you can fall in love with:

if your Shepard is a woman: Garrus, Ashley, Kaidan, Liara, Traynor, Diana Allers

but for some of these there are conditions to be met:
Ashley - must have survived in Mass Effect 1
Kaidan - must have survived Mass Effect 1
These - there must have already been a story with her in Mass Effect 2 and she must have survived
Miranda - there must have already been a story with her in Mass Effect 2 and she must have survived
Garrus - there must have already been a story with him in Mass Effect 2 and he must have survived
Jack - there must have already been a story with him in Mass Effect 2 and he must have survived

When you have chosen against whom to fall in love keep these general rules in mind and towards the end of the game you too will score:

• it is possible to have only one relationship, as soon as one starts, all the others will be excluded.
• between one mission and another throughout the game, keep looking and talking to the chosen character, your relationship will begin and evolve in the dialogues. It is important to always talk to us in order to keep the story going, otherwise you will not get the result.
• try to make a good impression and always choose the answers that point to positive karma (usually they are the ones that are at the top of the answer wheel, the ones below will give you points for negative (disowned) karma instead, avoid them.
• if everything has gone according to plan towards the end of the game your partner will talk to you, start the "hot" sequence and you will unlock the result (dirty, do not expect anything that, this time less than ever, since it is also supported the Kinect of 360).
