After interacting with them, you will shed your blood and be rewarded with Kleidos relics of type, sapphire, ruby, amethyst and emerald. Every 4 relics collected will unlock a series of Kleidos challenges.

The important thing to know is that these collectibles they cannot all be collected in the first game, as some of them can be achieved thanks to skills that you will unlock only later in the game.
