Check if the device is charged

This should be more than enough to recharge the battery.

Verify that the charger is working

3. Tap Reset and confirm.

Factory reset via hardware buttons

This method could probably work in this situation. What you need to do is to factory reset the device using a combination of hardware buttons. If successful, this will boot the system after wiping it and will likely fix the problem as well.

1. Turn off your watch by pressing and holding the Power / Home button at the bottom of the watch face.
2. Keep holding them until Restart is displayed at the bottom of the watch.
3. Quickly, with multiple presses, hold down the Power / Home button until the Select RESTART MODE screen appears.
4. Press the Power / Home button to scroll through the options.
5. Select Restore.
6. Press and hold the Power / Home button until the device restarts.
7. When the watch shows the data deletion process, the reset is successful. The process can take several minutes. Wait up.
