The Pokémon Company recently announced the first expansion of the trading card game dedicated to Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, introducing an "avalanche" of new creatures from the Galar region, including the powerful Pokémon-VMAX. VMAX cards evolve from Pokémon-V and can come in the form Dynamax o Gigamax.
The Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield expansion includes:
- More than 50 Pokémon from the Galar region
- 17 Pokémon-V and 12 Pokémon-V full-length portraits, including Zacian-V and Zamazenta-V
- Four Pokémon-VMAX, including Snorlax-VMAX and Lapras-VMAX
- Over 30 Trainer cards, including four full-art Help cards
- A new special Energy card
