Le arcade racing to complete to unlock this achievement are only 5, although in total in the game we find 15. In reality you will still want to complete them all, because this is to unlock one of the extra costumes of The Amazing Spiderman 2 (for more details follow the guide to unlockable costumes).

These are highlighted with the circle / clock icon on the map. Go there, start the race and win. If you have any difficulties, follow the video below which shows how to successfully complete all races.
