Activision: new remastered in 2021, thanks to the success of Crash and Spyro

Although in the past few hours Activision has officially slipped the release date of Diablo 4 ed Overwatch 2, suggesting that both will be launched on the market in 2022, it would seem that the US giant intends to make new remastered, given the excellent results obtained by Spyro e Crash Bandicoot. According to what emerged from the recent financial meeting of the company, promptly reported on Twitter by Daniel Ahmad, the company not only promises a "strong momentum" in 2021 thanks to the release of IPs much appreciated by gamers, such as Call of Duty, World of Warcraft and Candy Crush, but also thanks to the production of new remastered, which will be unveiled by the end of this year.

At the moment we do not know what the title in contention may be, although the well-known analyst supposes that it may be Diablo 2, as previously assumed by the same Jason Schreier, who had suggested in recent weeks that the famous action RPG was in development at Blizzard. Although Nintendo Switch has not been specifically mentioned, it is possible that Activision's new remastered can also land on the hybrid console of the Kyoto house, as happened previously with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Spyro: Reignited Trilogy and the recent Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

Waiting to find out more details on the story in the coming months, even if it is still early to find out what is cooking in the offices of the American giant, we remind you that the company has confirmed that it is working on a new Call of Duty, and that its release is scheduled for this 2021. Too bad that at the moment no further information has been released on the new chapter in progress.
