Telltale has recently updated its Facebook page with the inclusion of a new themed image Batman. It shows an artwork from The Enemy Within depicting the protagonist together with the Joker, however many have thought that this update may indicate the arrival of news for the episodic series. This is currently stopped at the aforementioned second season, which arrived in 2017 on consoles and PCs, but then also on mobile.
Following the closure of the team and the acquisition of its licenses by LCG Entertainment in the course of 2019, there have been no more news regarding the Batman series. However, this little clue can rekindle hopes in this regard, even if at the moment it is only guesswork. In fact, everything may not have any connection with a hypothetical third season but, given the sudden update, it is also possible that it is some kind of anticipation. We just have to wait for official information from the company to find out what will become of the Telltale game.
