You must know that in Fallout 4 it is possible to change the haircut of the character even after confirming his appearance in the editor placed at the very beginning of the adventure.

All you have to do is get to Diamond City, one of the very first locations you will visit in the world of Fallout 4. In Diamond City, among other shops, near the Piper newspaper you will also find the Barber John which for only 15 caps will allow you to change hairstyle.

The important thing to know is that at John you will be able to choose some very special and bizarre haircuts, which are not available in the initial character editor. The same goes for the barber Horatio found in Vault 81.
