Google Stadia: an exclusive Supermassive Games is coming

During the Stadia Connect aired on July 14, it was announced that some titles developed by HarmonixUppercut Games e Supermassive Games. For the uninitiated, the guys from Supermassive Games are the proponents of the likes of Until Dawn, released exclusively on PlayStation 4, Man of Medan, first chapter of The Dark Picture Anthology. This new title produced by the development team has not yet been announced and does not yet have a release date, but a user of Reddit investigated the matter and found that in the Curriculum vitae of developer Jonah Austin it appears that a Supermassive Games title exclusively for Google Stadia is in the works in 2021.

After The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope, which will be released on October 30 2020 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, the next title to be developed by the guys from Supermassive Games will be the exclusive of Google Stadia. But what title will it be? A new The Dark Pictures Anthology or a new IP? We just have to wait for more details on the matter.

Meanwhile, Man of Medan proved to be a real success with one million copies sold worldwide. Hervé Hoerdt di Bandai Namco, publisher of the title, in this regard stated:

It is difficult to make people understand that we are talking about an anthology when only the first chapter is out. And it is precisely for this reason that we can't wait to be able to release the second and, from there, start thinking about the following episodes, because we need to make users understand the concept of "anthology". […] We are really ambitious when it comes to this series. There are some parts of the world where we think we can interest even more fans, particularly in America and Asia. I think there is still a lot of room for growth.
